Nicole and I recently attended
the Susan K. Black Wildlife Art Workshop in Dubois, Wyoming.
We were greatly inspired by everything, including the work of
so many talented artists
| Among them was Andrew
Denman, an up-and-coming artist in California. |

|
|

We also met Mort Solberg, a highly
respected artist we've admired for some time. Here I am with
Mort after purchasing one of his beautiful watercolors. |
|

In John Banovich's studio class
-- John is well-known for his beautiful African wildlife art.
|

National Museum of Wildlife Art -- an awe inspiring spot overlooking
the National Elk Preserve. After seeing the amazing work of artists
like Bob Kuhn, Robert Bateman and Carl Rungius, Nicole and I
were even more inspired to continue on our path. |

Plein air painting in Dubois, WY
|

While in Jackson Hole, Nicole & I took a scenic rafting trip
down the Snake River. |

Nicole is originally from Boston but hasn't seen snow in over
15 years, so it was really exciting! |

This bison in Yellowstone Park decided to cross the road, right
in front of our car. . . |

A beautiful spot at Cascade Falls, WY.
